Why us?

All Ears & Speech – we love what we do!

We encourage our clients to involve their family/friends in their hearing journey. Family centered care leads to better health outcomes and positive experiences.

Why Choose Us?

This means we are not aligned with any hearing aid manufacturer and offer a comprehensive range of hearing solutions, including implantable hearing devices (cochlear implants and bone conduction hearing aids).
Our team of audiologists and speech pathologists hold a university degree in their specialised fields and are committed to lifelong professional development as members of Audiology Australia and Speech Pathology Australia. You can trust us, we have never received commissions and are ethical, open and honest in all we do. Our team’s performance is measured by client satisfaction.

We all have extensive training in paediatrics, auditory processing, hearing aids, complex presentations, tinnitus, and implantable hearing technology. We are proud to lead the way in many of these fields, think outside the square, and are committed to following the latest research to find solutions to help our clients meet their listening goals.

We work together with our team of speech pathologists and psychologists to ensure a holistic approach is provided for your successful communication and well-being.

We assess and manage tinnitus, working collaboratively with other allied health disciplines as required ensuring you receive positive outcomes.

Our team is here and ready to facilitate assistance with claiming to ease the process for our clients.

Our Fees & Rebates

There are a range of funding options available for hearing healthcare and hearing devices. We understand this can be confusing and our team would be happy to discuss your personal situation and eligibility.

You may be eligible for the Federal Government Hearing Service Program (HSP) if you are a;

  • Centrelink Pensioner Concession Cardholder
  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Cardholder
  • Department of Veterans Affairs White Cardholder (specifying hearing)
  • a dependent of a person in one of the above categories
  • a member of the Australian Defence Force
  • or referred by the Disability Employment Services program.

Our team would be happy to check your eligibility and assist you in applying for services under HSP.  Services received under this program are often referred to as “voucher services”.
Implantable hearing technology (cochlear implants and implantable bone anchored hearing solutions) candidacy assessments and ongoing management is not covered under the Hearing Services Program.
The NDIS promotes choice of support and services for people with a permanent and significant disability impacting their everyday activities. All Ears & Speech is an accredited NDIS provider should you be eligible for Hearing Services via NDIS.

If you have private health insurance extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on audiology services and hearing devices depending on your level of cover. For implantable hearing devices you will require hospital cover. Independent Audiologists Australia publish a private health fund comparison table https://independentaudiologists.net.au/private-health-cover.

Clients who have been exposed to noisy environments during their employment may be entitled to make an industrial deafness claim. All Ears & Speech has processes in place to assist you in making a claim.

Medicare rebates will apply with referral from your General Pracitioner (GP), ENT, Neurologist or other Medical officer.

Medicare rebates also apply for Chronic Disease Management CDM (formerly Enhanced Primary Care EPC) plans issued by your GP.

All Ears & Speech offers a fee for service program for clients not eligible for any of the above. Fees are based on the current market rate (Federal Government determined) of $193.99per hour for all services. This includes initial and review assessments, therapy (face to face or telehealth), meetings, client advocacy, documentation and correspondence.

As you would appreciate, last minute cancellations significantly impact small business. Considering this, for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice a cancellation fee of $95.00 will apply. NDIS short notice cancellation (or no show) fees apply as per the current price guide.
